Refunds
Refund can be claimed if the product does not conform to the product description
For refund, the bill received on email has to be sent to my email at [email protected] within 4 days
If the consumer’s claim is found to be correct, then the full amount received from that product will be sent to the source account of the consumer within 3 working days
Exchanges
Being a digital product, Exchange facility is also not available.
If ever physical product will be sold in future, then the rule of exchange will be told.
